HCA Training

This Home Care Aid Training Certificate is a 75-hour basic training course approved by the Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS). We also offer individual courses in Core Basics and Orientation & Safety.

The Health Care Assistant (HCA) Training Course are the minimum standards that should be covered as part of induction training of new care workers. It is designed for new staff, it also offers opportunities for existing staff to refresh or improve their knowledge.
